Heat resistance:
1. The melting point of PPS exceeds 280°C.

1. The biggest feature-good chemical resistance.
2. The chemical stability is second only to PTFE (Teflon).
3. Stable to most acids, esters, ketones, aldehydes, phenols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc.
4. Strong resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis and salts.
PPS is extremely rigid and has high surface hardness. It is commonly known as metal plastic and has excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance.
